Hazardous Materials Transportation: Revisions to the US PHMSA Emergency Response Guidebook

Tanker truck - Hazardous Materials Transportation: Revisions to the U.S. PHMSA Emergency Response Guidebook. Details on Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation has issued a notice, Docket No. PHMSA-2018-0055 Notice 2018-10, soliciting input on ways to improve the Emergency Response Guidebook as it develops the 2020 edition.  PHMSA is interested in input from emergency response services and personnel who have experience responding to Hazardous Materials Incidents.

They are requesting responses to ten specific questions regarding the Emergency Response Guidebook.  In addition to the responses, they are also interested in any supporting data that will enhance the response.
