Demonstrating REACH compliance to EU customers

Non-EU based companies do not have any legal requirements under the REACH regulation. If they ship their products to the EU, the importer of record based in the EU will be fully responsible under REACH. However, in many cases, the importer might be the direct customer and might not be able or willing to fulfill the necessary requirements. Non-EU companies can submit a registration under REACH by appointing an Only Representative based in the EU.  In this webinar we will discuss the requirements that a non-EU company must fulfill to take over the REACH obligation for its customer based in the EU and how REACH compliance can be documented and proved. In addition, we will look at how a non EU company can submit a C&L notification or an alternative chemical name requests.
