VOC Changes in 2017

The EPA will introduce VOC changes in 2017. The EPA regulates VOC’s at the national level in 40 CFR 59.VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) are chemicals that vaporize (to become a gas) at room temperature, enter into the atmosphere and ultimately contribute to air pollution (smog).VOC controls for products are typically based on the application of products such as Aerosol Coatings, Architectural Coatings, Automobile Refinish Coatings, and Consumer Products.

This webinar provides a brief review of VOC guidelines, how these guidelines impact UL WERCSmart, and what’s ahead in 2017.
