The European Union (EU) has set out directions on when substances must be disclosed on Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) in their regulations.
This online training course will explain the rules on when to disclose hazardous chemicals on EU SDSs and what options you have to protect your Confidential Business Information (CBI). It will also discuss and review the procedure and conditions under which an alternative chemical name can be requested from the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) to protect your CBI.
